How do credits work?
Credits are the currency you use to generate videos on Atlabs. Each AI action costs a certain number of credits depending on the model and length.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan gives you one full video creation experience — up to 25 seconds — so you can see what Atlabs can do before committing. No credit card needed to get started.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits roll over until you stay subscribed. Annual plan credits are issued upfront for the full year and roll over until you stay subscribed.
Can I purchase for 1 month?
You can subscribe to the monthly plan and immediately cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the month and the plan will not auto-renew.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs from your account at any time. Max plan subscribers get access to discounted credit packs.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes - both monthly and annual plans auto-renew. You'll get a reminder before your annual renewal date. You can turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.
Which plan is right for me?
Lite is for individuals exploring AI video, Pro is for solo creators publishing regularly, Plus is best for creators and small businesses who need advanced features, and Max is built for studios and teams at scale.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual billing gives you 25% off - equivalent to 3 months free. You also get your full year's credits upfront. Monthly billing is flexible with no long-term commitment.
